Is anyone experiencing rotation lock issue on the new update

When using browser and whatsapp, it rotates to landscape even if it's on lock

I dnt know about fifa14 but fifa15 works pretty well

Mine works perfectly fine

Do a hard reset and c if it fix it

Asking him to wipe his device to get d update
Had received old update without downloading it
Now there is a new update he will not get it until
He installs d present one he has.

I now suggest he update d old one to get d new one which will cost him more data

So for him to be on a safer side with data
I asked him to wipe d device and check for update
He will now get d new latest update.

How to perform a Security Wipe on the bb10
From the homescreen of your bb10, you have easy ways to get to the Security Wipe setting:

Navigate: Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Security Wipe.
Search: Tap the Universal Search icon and start typing wipe. Security Wipe will pop up as a search results and you can tap into it
To proceed with the Security Wipe, you'll need to type blackberry into the text field on the page. Type it, then hit Delete Data. It can take a while for the wipe to take place. Just wait for it, even if it's a long time (over 15 minutes). Don't pull the battery out while you're waiting!

Make sure your battery has enough power
Before proceeding or plug in to power.

What data gets deleted?
When you perform a wipe on a BlackBerry 10 phone, all data on the phone itself will be deleted. This includes data, files and apps.
Note: If you have a Micro SD card inserted, data on the card will not be deleted.

Are you using a Q5 or Z3?

If you have a microsd card installed keep moving files and deleting apps until you free up at least 2.5times the size of the download file you're seeing

I am experiencing the same problem...my device memory is 8GB and the phone itself used up 7.1GB...I don't know how. pls u knows how to create space on ur device memory?

I am using a Q5, I have space on my memeory card up to 6GB...the issue is my device memory came with 8GB but used 7.1GB by default...how do I clear up some space?

I tried updating my OS this night, I had to delete lot of stuff before I finally got it to download 995 MB of the update file. But sadly, while on 97% of the 2/2 stage of installation it gave an error and asked for more space.

By the time I now checked the size of the new update, it's around 1.5 gig. That's not even the troublesome part, the crazy part is that it's now requesting for extra 1.1 gig of space to be deleted before the new installation file could be downloaded and I don't even know what else to delete. Having almost deleted almost all my apps while attempting to download the first update.

Any ideas that could help me out pls?

This space issue that comes with updating os is troubling ooooo. Mine still telling me to free like 2.2gb before updating. Me I tire ooo. Thinking of wiping my phone buh I dey fear. I got lots of apps I dont wanna waste mb re downloading. Any sort of way to do an app backup?

Same issue here requires 2.1gb extra space am tired after downloading the first 1gb part three is now another 1.5 gb to go how do I get this done..

device /misc/android/android

delete everything inside those directory

c if you free memory

The space issue has been noted by BlackBerry and they have posted a solution for it on CB! Google or check the forums... meanwhile, I still have not gotten an update on mtn! Might go for autoloader
