Lemme tell you the cause.
The cause is because you are pregnant!

Now lemme tell the solution for that swollen leg. Abeg, cut salt out of your diet. Then try to raise your feet at any given opportunity. Then finally, go and buy compression socks. Sleep with it at night, wear it all day, it will help reduce the swollen legs and prevent further swelling.
Please monitor your blood pressure and watchout for puffiness in your face and fingers. Also complain to your doctor let him run a routine urine test and rule out ketones in your urine (as per Pre-Eclampsia) but I think you are fine, it is just the pressure of the two precious babies. You are almost there! *Hugs*

yes oooo,my dear exactly wat u said is wat my dr told me 2day.I went for scan and urinerly test and everytin was ok. Jst dat one of my babies head is already on my abdomen thereby usin his head to pressin on my bladder,I kip urinatin every few minutes nomata wher I find mysef,I feel so embrass wit dis ooo. And @ 32weeks my babies ar weighin 2.33kg,dr said I shuld start preparing. I tot I belong to April mamas,but rit now I don join #team march,I can't jst wait to see my pretty damsils,dancin shoki

Its only a crazy person that will ask you not to be sad, pls don't brood too much . Babe just rest a bit and get down to biz with oga , one mama is back without her period returning. Pencilling you down for team november or december. God never disappoints.

Good morning all. Gaskiya I have stopped listening to all this older women advice and decided to follow my body o. The same woman that two weeks ago saidono de siddon o. De very active de do exercise . de work.... This week she said no de stress yourself of de always rest if not baby will be hyperactive. Lmao. Abeg which one I wan follow.
Yesterday I did nt do anything aside go to see my doctor and eat. Was just eating strawberries like say de do me. And the pains in my joints have drastically reduced. I did not feel much pain at night. Which shows that its the stress.

I have promised to pamper myself oh this few days wey remain. Did I just say days? Hmmmmm see consolation.

        Am 13wks gone n the rate @ wc I urinate is alarming Infact I can represent nigeria in urinating competition @ Olympic n am sure of a gold medal.
    My bra size hv increase 4rm 34 to 40 now I just feel all dis changes is too sudden,.even bump is showin already whereas ppl @ 18wks neva see there own.
     I ws 2 go to movies yday on tryin 2 dress up I suddenly discover dat all my cloths ar no longer my size,i just started crying n all DH cld do ws laugh @ me.
       4rm the scan I did,am only carrying one baby,my questions is that is dis rapid change normal cos to me it's too sudden.

Forget that thing! U no fit win me for that Olympics! I can urinate for Africa! Dunno about the weight though, but as long as u are healthy no cause for alarm. Abeg don't make mistake of dieting o. I haven't added too much weight myself, am 26 weeks gone!

No u don't, but u nid to watch out for skin reaction in d baby to d soaps. If any, u mite hv to change to a mild tablet soap
