We human beings dont have the capability to breathing under water like the fish, you need to hold your breath if you plan to spend much time below the surface. As kids/adult when we play in the pool, at the lake or even in the bathtub, it’s usually not long before a contest breaks out to see who can hold their breath the longest underwater... I have the record of holding my breath for 52 seconds underwater; How Long have u tried holding your Breath? Underwater?

I cant stay much tym under water, i think i can only last for about 4 hours and thats all. Always wished to stay longer.

Average of 45secs normally..about 60secs with hyperventilation

Back in secondary school, it was 1:10secs, Don't know about now though.
