Do one still need a recommendation from a higher ranked officer? I don't know any soldier to meet for any recommendation. That's what have being discouraging me from joining plus other Nigerian factors, not necessarily paying for the scratch card(though dis one follow too) |

Why would any citizen of a country pay money to get screened into the military? and with no certainty of being enlisted. some naive Nigerians would have bought the form already not knowing they are in for the kill.
