1. PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND The EFCC led by Nuhu Ribadu had indicted then Vice President Atiku Abubakar of misappropriating funds belonging to PTDF. Atiku incidentally was the Chairman of the fund. A FG Committee also indicted Atiku. The Committee report was sent to the Senate by Obasanjo, in his retaliation, Atiku also sent document to the Senate. On looking at critical issues, the Senate found both Atiku and Obasanjo guilty. Obasanjo was indicted for diversion of PTDF fund while Atiku was indicted for misappropriation. http://saharareporters.com/2007/02/28/breaking-news-ptdf-scandal-senate-indicts-obj-atiku-impeachment-motion-looms http://www.thenationonlineng.net/archive2/tblnews_Detail.php?id=15012 2. FIGHT CORRUPTION WITHOUT FOI? Since the turn of democracy Nigerians has been wanting to verify and ascertain what government spent and whether or not there is fraud going on. The Freedom of Information Bill was sponsored in the National Assembly and passed in 2007, only for President Obasanjo to VETO it, no opposition progressive protested. Jonathan on assuming office said "I will sign it immediately it get to my table".Jonathan was sworn-in in May 29,2011, two days later he signed the FOI bill into law just 24hrs after presented with the bill. This was greeted by wild jubilation across Nigeria and lovers of Democracy. Ms Ene Enonche, Coordinator of the Right to Know initiative has this to say "With the new law, Nigerians finally have vital tools to uncover facts, fight corruption and hold officials and institutions accountable," http://saharareporters.com/2011/05/31/jonathan-signs-freedom-information-law However, Governor Fashola rather than show transparency by releasing document on how the World Bank $90million Education Loan were spent, he refused and filed a court suit to stop the process. http://www.punchng.com/news/education-fund-fashola-to-file-fresh-objection-against-foi-suit-2/ Lagos resident (Dr. Ademola Dominic) petitioned the Lagos State government directly on the 24th of October 2012, asking for a disclosure of public accounts as pertain the tax consultancy fee the Lagos State government pays out monthly to a private company named Alpha Beta Consulting Limited. The Lagos State Govt replied Dr Dominic on Nov 2nd that his petition for accounts would not be answered and no Alpha Beta Limited invoices or payment vouchers will be disclosed. It was so dismissively written by the Lagos State Ministry of Justice and signed by Olanrewaju Akinsola - a Special Senior Assistant on Justice Sector Reforms in the Office of the Attorney-General. http://saharareporters.com/2013/02/03/lagos-state-finances-and-alpha-beta-ltd-seyi-olu-awofeso Alpha Beta is owned by Bola Tinubu Oyo and Rivers are among two prominent APC states that has refused to implement the FOI by releasing information as demanded by SERAP. SERAP had asked APC Oyo Gov Ajimobi to disclose spending on primary education. Ajimobi refused saying FOI doesn't concern Oyo State. http://serap-nigeria.org/foi-act-oyo-governor-sued-over-failure-to-account-for-spending-on-primary-education/ How do we detect fraud without the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION law? 3. PENSION OF APC CHIEFS Speaker Tambawal and Mark only few days ago passed life Pension for Speaker and Senate President. That means the "Transparent" Progressive Speaker will earn Pension for life whether he's a governor or not. http://.g./simgad/4017495792813881248 APC Govs and Fmr Govs In Lagos State, the pension law provides that a former governor is entitled to a pension that is the same as the salary of the incumbent governor. 300 percent of this amount as furniture allowance, two houses (one in Abuja and the other in Lagos), three replaceable brand new cars amongst other benefits. Like Rivers and Lagos States, Kwara, Edo, Gombe and several other states have equally enacted various pension laws to take care of their former leaders. Albeit, at serious financial cost to the states. At the twilight of his administration, immediate past governor of Gombe state, Senator Danjuma Goje, had reportedly paid himself and his deputy the sum of N300m as executive pension benefits. Danjuma Goje is a member of APC Presidential Committee Council. Ironically, APC Chairman John Oyegun Justified the immoral pension (of course he's also a beneficiary). In his own words “The salaries and pension should be attractive, so that they should not be tempted,”http://sunnewsonline.com/new/?p=10057 Goodluck Jonathan never awarded himself any pension as Bayelsa State Governor. 4. We WILL FIGHT CORRUPTION BUT NOT PROBE PAST OFFICIALS APC Chairman Mr John Oyegun announced that if elected to power, they will not probe past officials but will focus on tackling other issues. Fellow Nigerians, these are the same people that said Jonathan's body language is corruption friendly. What do we call this? It simply means "embezzle as much as you like, come to APC and be saved by the precious and ever forgiving blood of the Progressive. The broom has redeemed you". Do they have something to hide(of course yes). http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/173941-buhari-will-not-probe-past-corrupt-nigerian-leaders-repent-apc.html 5. BONUS: FFK Sold His Soul For Defecting Back To PDP But Tambawal Is A Hero For Moving From ANPP-DPP-ANPP-PDP-APC Fani Kayode has been a member of PDP since 1999, he was SA to Obasanjo and later Minister of Tourism and Aviation Ministries. He became a progressive by defecting to APC in May 2013 www.premiumtimesng.com/news/136372-ex-minister-fani-kayode-dumps-pdp-joins-apc.html. But "sold his soul" to Satan when he returned to his former party in June 2014 according to APC. On the Other hand, Speaker Tambawal was elected Rep in 2003 under ANPP, he moved to DPP and couldn't get ticket for 2007. He returned to ANPP and was given ticket. He dumped the ANPP to obtain PDP ticket in 2007 and won his re-election becoming Deputy Chief Whip. He was re-elected under PDP in 2011 but again defected to APC in November 2014. He automatically became a progressive and agent of #Change. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aminu_Waziri_Tambuwal 64 Likes 20 Shares |

God sparing our lives we shall continue to probe into the antecedents of our "Change" agents and their navigator the "most noble" Olusegun Obasanjo. I will not respond to unwarranted provocative attack on me neither will I be cowed to submission by anyone. Hiding behind a General with brooms on your hand doesn't make one a change agent. Those Hawks that destroyed and are still destroying Nigeria won't be accommodated in Aso Rock whether in 2015, 2019 or 2023. God will help us all 28 Likes 6 Shares |

Barefaced hypocrisy from the broom wavers. Decamp to the APC, you are hailed as a progressive, not minding your past and present. Decamp from the APC, you were bribed. Una don enter one chance. Tambuwal was a leader in the house where Farouk's case was swept under feet. Hon Hembewas sponsored by the SEC to atattend a course in the Dominican Republic. He didn't go for the course, and didn't return the money. And then Tambuwal, a few days after defection alleged Mr President body language supports corruption. Nauseating hypocrisy. 24 Likes 7 Shares |

HOW PRESIDENT OBASANJO HANDLED CORRUPTION 1. Senate President Adolphus Wabara along was Indicted and Impeached by his colleagues for allegedly partaking in 50 million Naira Bribe from the Education Minister Professor Fabian Osuji. The Education Minister Fabian Osuji was dismissed by President Olusegun Obasanjo. Wabara, Fabian Osuji along with Senators Abdulazeez Ibrahim, Emmanuel Okpede, Badamasi Maccido and Chris Adighije were manipulated in the scandal. All six were handed to ICPC for trial. Prosecution was ongoing till the end of the tenure 2. Inspector-General of Police, Mr Tafa Balogun was fired by the President when he was indicted by the EFCC for corruption to the tune of 13 billion. The Government through the EFCC went ahead to prosecute him, having him give up some properties worth 13 billion and secured a six(6) month conviction against him. 3. Governor Deprieye of Bayelsa was arrested in London in 2005 for money laundering. The Government ensured that he was impeached on his escape from jail, and he was prosecuted for looting Bayelsa. He pleaded guilty, gave up some of his properties and was convicted for two years. 4. Vice President Atiku Abubakar was indicted by the EFCC on allegation that borders on mismanagement and gross misconduct as Chairman of PTDF. Under Obj, the fear of EFCC and ICPC was the begining of "SAY NO TO CORRUPTION" WHO FOUGHT CORRUPTION: President Obasanjo Vs President Jonathan by barcanista(m): 33 Likes 3 Shares

HOW JONATHAN HANDLES CORRUPTION 1. Pardoned exConvict and Felon Alamesigha 2. Shielded Stella Odua Only to tell her "Go In Peace" despite the N255 million indictment on the two Bullet proof cars 3. No Conviction has been secured against any former Official. In Fact, Daniel, Akala, Bankole, Tafida etc are given clean bill of health. 4. Corruption case that was instituted by Yar Adua was withdrawn against Fani Kayode 5. Corruption Case that was instituted by Obasanjo was withdrawn against Muhammed Abacha 6. Farouk Lawan is still smiling in the green chamber, despite the clear evidence of bribery. The Subsidy indicted people are smiling daily 7. exConvict Bode George who was prosecuted by Yaradua got a "miraculous" clean bill of health under this administration 8. Diezani Maduekwe is running from court to court just to evade questioning from House of Reps on allegation bordering on corruption The EFCC and ICPC under this administration is neither a biting nor a barking dog. Re: WHO FOUGHT CORRUPTION: President Obasanjo Vs President Jonathan by barcanista 36 Likes 4 Shares

Actually bro, I had expected GMB to exert his authority on the APC. I have always stood with GMB hoping that his influence on transparency will prevail. But alas, I noticed that he himself is limited in influence. For instance I disagreed with the APC on different issues. The thing is I didn't really focus my attention on them until recently. May God open our eyes. Thank u for the forgiveness. nwafuluozoh: 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Be prepared for personal attack from people whose temperament can not endure or withstand sound argument in the face of obvious facts. By their fruits we shall know them - APC e-terrorist, so intolerance! Somebody once said "A fool will say I have made up my mind, don't convince me with the truth". Any objective and truth lover will not stay long with APC, it wont be long before you discover their hypocrisy. 14 Likes |
