BaaleofMontreal: how far bro, how can someone that has gotten TRV but with ontario university admission switch to a Quebec admission ? And can he come to canada before he applies for CAQ? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by BaaleofMontreal: 2:57pm On Feb 24, 2015 |
Padike: Apply for CAQ first, after it has been granted, inform CIC of your switch. For CAQ information; http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/electronic-services/caq-electronic/index.html It is better to apply for CAQ before coming to Canada 1 Like |

hayqinsbFX: I'll take a bite at this (keep in mind that I am not a VO and it is my personal unprofessional opinion). Firstly, just a quick glance at presented an air of an informal style of writing (with the mention of "dad" or "dads" and also pretty melodramatic (with the use of the word "doom". I believe replacing "dads company" with "family business" would give a more serious feel to what you are describing. Also "a situation which would spell doom for the company" sounds pretty melodramatic and negative. Avoid any form of negativity. Having said that, I believe every paragraph should have a general point it is trying to make and this specific one is trying to state the fact that you would come back. If I am right, then it doesn't do much to state that point cos your brother or cousin can also take care of our dad's company and succefully bid for contracts if you decide not to come back. Also do you need a Canadian degree to manage your dad's company or do your NYSC. Almost every sentence should show why you need to go get that degree. Also, I wouldn't want the VO to note that I have not done my NYSC. Permit me to give it a go at reconstruction based on the two reasons you gave (NYSC and Dad's Company). Hey it is a rough scribble so take it with a pinch of salt: I have got huge interests in Nigeria and I plan coming back to serve my fatherland under the National Youth Service scheme and also to see to the growth of the family business. The family business was started by my father 23 years ago and he has grown it from the ground up and now it employs x staff. I see his dedication to the business and I believe the knowledge I get from getting a masters in blahblahblah would augment his labour over the years and ensure the future growth of the company. Furthermore, getting a Masters in blahblahblah in Canada would not only equip me with the necessarily skills to properly properly manage the business, but would also give me more exposure into blahblahblah and this would profit the business and society at large. Best of luck! 14 Likes |

Hello bosses, pls I need someone studying in Saskatchewan. I have an urgent question for the person. Thanks in anticipation |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 4:07pm On Feb 24, 2015 |
i appreciate your reply. I am the only civil engineer amongst my sibliings and im supposed to be the next CEO of the construction company where my dad is the current CEO (as stated in my study leave). So no one can actually do that if im not around. if i may add its the company thats sponsoring me. Not my dads account. i need the degree to effectively manage while i need the nysc to legally bid for contracts i intend to use the nysc as part of home tie. i dont want the VO discovering and there isnt anything to backup why. zionboo talked abut a mentally challeged brother (thats negative too) i just believe the VO has to fee something emotional and real when reading. ill take not of the way of writing. thanks pchax: |

I have a guy in my apartment from Kenya that use to go up north to do the job every summer, he use to give the info about tree planting in up north, I have not been there before. but I think it is Edmonton, yellow knife, and so on like that. Are you in Canada already. If you are in Canada, we can go there together this coming summer

Oyeleye2011: It all depends on where you are in Canada, it is in Ontario as well . . . A little north of Thunder bay and you could make enough money in the summer to last you for the school year, but: You cant be lazy cos you plant in numbers You have to like bush settings, cos you are in the bush for weeks You have to be prudent, cos you wont do such a job and spend the money in a stupid way. 3 Likes |

when I saw my other people expenses in Canada per month, I now know that I am careful with my spending. When my papa is not Dangote or Otedola. Actually, I understand people in Alberta because that place is expensive to live because of oil money but at least they are chopping big money over there too. This is my little expense per month Location: Kelowna, British Colombia Minimum Wages: $10.25/hour House Rent: $400/month(all utilities inclusive, Shaw cable and internet) Grocery: $50 depending on my eating that month transportation: $38/month bus pass to any where(before) Gas for my car: $50/month depending on my movement or travelling per month(now) Entertainment: African Magic Yoruba on Youtube , premiership, champions league on my shaw cable.
