Where can one buy gestone & baby aspirin & how should it be used in terms of dosage & days of the cycle. Thanks.

Duphaston is a tablet while gestone is an injection but they're both progesterone. They are taken mostly when on ART (either IUI or IVF) though most Dr's give them also for natural pregnancy but they are prescription drugs not to be taken when ure not sure it's supporting a growing embryo. Always discuss wt ur Dr. Baby aspirin is just once a day till 12weeks. You can get gestone from alpha pharmacy or medplus inside bridge clinic.

@1dafuGod if its small I dont see what the problem is unless it is blocking your tubes. If you need to remove it then the alternative is Laparascopy however this procedure has to be done by someone that knows what he/she is doing and with a lot of experience. Most good doctors prefer to do open surgery if you are still planning to have kids as the during the Lap procedure they could be some scaring which could cause miscarriage. It is well with us dear.

Meandhim,that was a good advice to lauracares..Testicular biopsy is not something you do like semen analysis.
My own case was primary testicular atrophy.
The microscopic examination shows fragments of testicular tissue with many thick-walled blood vessels.There are a few immatured seminiferous tubules seen that are completely collagenised.The interstitial cells of Leydig are not seen.
The hormonal analysis report is
LH 10.2 1-11miU/ml Normal
FSH 13.8 2-12miU/ml High
Prolactin 4.4 1-7.5miU/l Normal
Testoterone 5.0 6.4-31.6nmol/Low

This is what our urologist recommended:

Tamoxifen to increase the testoterone. The ivf clinic recommended cllomid but the urologist was adamant and wanted DH to be on Tamoxifen. DH also started by being on the lower end of the level but he wanted hubby's level to be close to the upper level. To reduce his prolactin level he put hubby on antibiotics and this worked wonders. I'll see if I can get all these details but my brain no dey work like before. Hope this helps someone. Unfortunately I don't know much about azoospermia but from past experience, they normally take sperm surgically.
