Yes i am sure and according to the email sent and its not applicable to all countries. If you can withdraw above $300 in your location then its not applicable to your location.. Check out the file below;

Okay, it clearly stated Canada and some other countries nor follow cheesy Thanks man! Have you heard anything about the BVN? Do we still need to come to Nigeria to get it? I'm not ready to spend almost $2k5 on return ticket oo.

Don't worry about the BVN. That is another word for subsidy cheesy

WALSPRING, What this implies is that you can only withdraw a maximum of $1,200 in a day(Max of $300 for 4 times).Just like Naija transaction where you withdraw maximum of N20k per transaction which can be done 5 times or so.

If anything at all, it should boost your chances. But that's just one part of your overall application; you should still have your good CGPA, scores, LoR etc.

Recently our CBN started a new policy because of card fraud in Asia,USA and other countries and the daily limit should be $300 because one of my bank sent me an email concerning that last week but dunno when they will start it
Don't know bout G-tbank..Thank God i dropped the bank at the final hour and opened my First bank mastercard acct.I withdraw upto 500usd to 1000usd since i got into the states from BOA,well fargo..and I've never had limits on withdrawal.

I've been dripping since, got out in the snow to get stuffs. Would have just managed myself. It's not like I have catarrh. How do one solve this.

Yes she can...but she will need to pay #4000 and she'll get it at DHL office in Trans-Amadi...
