N.B. Calling for visa processing is only done from the embassy maybe by d consulate or so...Best of luck

when u get to jabi park,take a cab going to beger it's 50 naira, when u get to beger kindly ask anybody where to get a cab to Nicon Hostel. While in d cab tell d guy u wanna drop at missisippi bus top..when u get to missisippi bus top, don't enter d street, the next street after it is Nile street dats where u will enta. The first turning by ur right, wen u gt der anoda turning by ur right again go straight d embassy is at d end of d road....its a closed street....kindly call if lost 08169578157

The Police Character certificate must be translated and authenticated by this Consular Section. The fee to pay is 55 euros.

In case you want to have the transcripts and diplomas (photocopies) legalized by the Consular Section the fee is 15 euros per document.


If you are not on scholarship you have to present a letter from your bank stating a certain amount is blocked in your account to be transferred to Portugal when the need arises, to pay for your expenses.

They now gave him a number that i should contact them this afternoon. I don't know why not me directly. Maybe my lines were not reachable I dont knw.

I submitted by november last year, I think the lawyer came early this month....it was delay because they have to relocate and judiciary strike.

Attention visa applicants: Now that your docs have gone through authenticity confirmation, the strange and major document you will be submitting now to back up your visa application is Bank Statement aside police clearance certificate.

It will be good and best to have the money deposited in your account in which the statement will be printed with your name.

In the case of using sponsorer Bank Statement, please make sure your sponsor account is fatty with cash flow. Also, request and attach reference letter from the bank with the bank letter headed stating your relationship with the sponsor and the duration he/she will be sponsoring you.

The embassy don't state passport photograph requirement but it will be good to take 5 × 5 passport photograph along with white background.
