I have been experiencing the same thing only that mine is coupled with painful but irregular contractions. Im also 38+5. I was advice by my ob- gyn to take warm baths and use a hot water bottle on the area of the pain. We are actually getting close to real labour.

No be small something o, my sister. I keep praying not to break down. My baby is 3 months old and I've not slept well for once since I gave birth to her. Pushing mamas, enjoy your sleep now. You don't know what you have till you loose it. My baby's smiles keep me going daily, it is well.

Someone asks how contraction feels, when contraction comes you will know. Don't worry your head.

It's that pain wey person dey feel but the person wey dey feel am no dey understand am. E fit disguise come like poopoo pain(like mine), some na back pain, and some no dey feel am( eg Lovinam). E go make every position dey uncomfortable. U no go fit sit,stand,bend, crawl, sleep, laugh, cry, talk, mute. Infact,e no get definition . Just try imagine all what I wrote,so as to have a clue.

Note: when contraction starts,no one will tell you it is contraction, u go know yourself.

I have been feeling alot of pressure down der. As if my baby de use hand push. So I get this sharp pulling feeling. Ohhhhh how do I describe this. Its been off and on. Its kinda painful. A lil painful. Ehhh is anyone understanding me at all?
