I rooted my Tecno L6 and Gionee M2, both Android 4.4.2 kitkat version with ROOT MASTER just download it and click the root button wait for it to do it job once it done reboot your phone and you will find super su installed in your phone. Congrats to you with that your phone has been rooted.

Yes the OTG is working and you can use it to connect to external USB.
Am not sure about the 3.75g on the phone yet.
