I have made payment via webpay with my GTBank Debit card severally to purchase items as gifts for friends and they got all their items.

Sorry dear... Next time she got's be more careful when placing order online. A good number of adverts shown on the web are scam. That's why i always recommend a genuine retail outlet that sell with waranty. So that if such a scenaior occurs, one can return it back to be changed since you cannot be refunded after payment. In any case she can still track dem down though their ISP or through the site server bt it wont be easy.

It is obvious you failed English comprehenshion woefully in elementary school. A greater pity you have not improved on your logic ever since. If you had any sense at all (that would be a miracle) you would know that the individual whom I responded to was painting Jumia (not JUMAI as you carelessly spelt it) as a sterling online store. I intended to disabuse him, hence my digression.

Engage your brain properly before you quote people. It doesn't hurt.

There's a perfectly reasonable expectation that the phone "just works". There's also the perfectly reasonable expectation that if you're going to pay $600 for the phone, you take 10 minutes to learn how it works and learn to service yourself, instead of playing dumb and hope that people service you. Then many people will assume it's a gadget or a toy and treat it as such.
