Just recently, russian and china (who were not even a country of arm dealing with Nigeria) accepted and sold arms to nigeria ( after America and Israel who had been Nigeria's arm dealing country refused to sell arms to Nigeria on the allegation of human right abuse lay by amnesty commission against Nigeria military).
Also , the pledge by Nigeria govt on the neighbouring countries to join in the fight against bokoharam become realistic just recently after they finally got a go ahead permission from the UN.

No Sir. If it was upto APC Nigerian Soldiers are always capable but Jonathan and his corrupt government starved them of weapons and food. Thousands of lives of both soldiers and civilians could have been saved and BH could have been defeated years ago. Jonathan is facing defeat at the election that is what made him act. your attack on his personality shows the weakness in your argument and character. The fact that ISIS is not on American soil doesn't make them lass a threat to America. The taliban, al-qeada and other terrorist groups America spend billions of dollars to fight are not situated on their soil. America underestimated these terror groups and that is why they are still in continued combat against them. Infact it is better to say you underestimated them than say you estimated the correctly and they still grew to kill thousands of your citizens. it means they are superior to your army and there is no way you can ever defeat them.
