The poster took pictures probably after yesterdays very heavy rain to score cheap points. The truth remains my priority in all things. There is a spot after MCC junction which the culvert has completely been cut off but for space of one car with a very perfect driver. I pray the rains delay a little bit for work to progress on that road.
