Rochas Okorocha started work on that road just for mere political points in November 2014 because he thought the elections would hold on February 2015 as planned. He NEVER planned to finish that road, but only graded it with the hopes of getting votes from those people before the rainy season. But since the elections got postponed, his ineptitude has been completely exposed by the rain season. No single road is motorable when it rains here! Roads without drainage litter the place, waiting to wreak havoc on innocent pedestrians and drivers at the slightest sign of rain.
Where is Rochas to be found today? He is still in London, running around with BUHARI!

Okorocha (according to op) said the road is 100% complete, others on ground in Imo state said its a lie while berem said she was in Imo state recently and the road had been completed calling the op and others who supported him liars. Rochas Okorocha came into office in 2011 and undemocratically DISSOLVED the local government offices of 27 DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LG CHAIRMEN (he has no legal powers to do that o!) under the excuse that they were "corrupt" (Note: these men were never convicted by any court of law) and DIVERTED ALL THE LGA FUNDS TO HIS OFFICE WHILE APPOINTING HIS LACKEYS AS 'TRANSITIONAL CHAIRMEN' AND PAYING THEM PENNIES UNQUESTIONED. Funds meant for LGs were spent however he liked because the federal monies meant for them weren't getting to the LG chairmen but straight to his office. The most affected LGAs in this turn of events are the oil producing LGAs of Ohaji-Egbema and Oguta. Do your fuccking research. These are verifiable. Visit those areas and see for yourself.
