Mourinho is really the best, forget talk.

One on one meetings doesn't really say a lot about who's better, one manager could be enjoying the luxury of a 'perfect' team.

Pep is a great gaffer who keeps settling for the perfect job. Dude needs to take on way serious challenges like Jose keeps doing.

Whats the perfect job ?

The Barcelona job he took and sold the best players in Dinho, Deco etc yet won the sextuple under 12months?

That would have been equivalent to Mourinho joining Madrid, selling C.Ronaldo and Modric and winning 6 trophies in his first season.

If Pep should win the CL at Bayern it would be another feat by changing most of the treble personnel, Changing tactics and still winning

Deco and Ronaldinho were already on the decline. The fact that Chelsea bought Deco doesn't mean that he was a top player then. The duo had their best Barca seasons between 2004-2006.

Pep is a coach that hates competition.and that's why he took to his heels soon as it seemed jose's team were catching up with them.he managed the best team which paraded the best trio of iniesta,javi and messi.jose still won the league by defeating him infront of their home fans.he took a sabbatical and opted for bayern where there is literally a non existent competition.he should have come to premier league and die of heart attack from the stiff competition of the league..

Ask yourself if pep can be successful with the same inter milan squad with which jose clinched the highly coveted treble?...your answer will still be NO!!

Jose did it with unkonwn squad at porto,he did it with the ageing inter squad,he conquered england,he conquered spain.please give him a well deserved respect.

Una team is largely made up of Juup's boys. The major absentees are only Manduzkic and Kroos.

I reiterate, Pep prefers the perfect and safe job. The Barcelona team he inherited weren't that bad. They were already Champs with Rijkaard. Same with Bayern who won a treble with Juup.

Credit must be given to him though for bringing out the geniuses in them and placing his trust on the younger talents, but this is still hardly something Jose has never done.

Teaching a winning team to win more doesn't require as much effort as teaching losers how to win. The winning team already knows what must be done to win more games, and simply needs to re-implement what has worked in the past.

For a losing team, a coach must start from scratch. He must motivate the squad, decide on the best tactics and make a wide range of improvements to the squad.

From there, he must work to improve the team chemistry and manage to help each and every player excel on the pitch.

Motivating Xavi, Puyol, Abidal, Iniesta, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Robben, Ribery and Co. Shouldn't be difficult.

Now compare that to motivating Lampard, Terry, Drogba, Gudjohnsen, Duff, Smertin, Gallas in 2004, Deco, Ferreira, Benni, Carvalho, Maniche in 2003 or even trophy shy underachievers like Walter Samuel, Lucio, Pandev, Milito at Inter?

Not to mention Jose prefers winning in a more challenging environment, coming up against the best managers and best teams.

Why am I still on this debate with you sef when Pep just like Pochettino has once admitted that Jose is the best in the world?

They keep telling me that Pep moved to Germany cos his philosophy aligns with that of Bayern, but I keep telling 'em to keep mom, that Pep is only dodging some brutal challenge - atleast he's made it known that he hates the idea of getting axed!
