If he took the paper based test, he would have t wait for like 2 weeks or so to get his result.

you have to carefully spell out what you studied... the school and maybe even the course you did in undergrad...

moreover which program are you intending to study for msc in Minnesota state uni ?

all these have to be answered before we can answer you... as the summary be say...sch declined you admission. gbam

I use Ulatra Molbile and I dont need any boss revolution here... I dial directly from my phone and it's just $0.03 to call naija per minute while boss revolutuon charges $0.037. And I get $12.50 monthly for international calls. My phone bill is just $50 monthly and I can even top up my international calling credit with my credit card
