I will absolutely agree with you when you say that the best lecturers are in federal universities (Not for very long though, Covenant University's Msc and PhD programs will give rise to a new generation of lecturers, researchers, innovators and inventors) But I will disagree with you when you say Federal Universities have the best students. That would be derogatory considering that the minimum requirements for admission in Covenant University is same with the Federal Universities. Finally, irrespective of the courses offered, a University is judged by the quantity and quality of research it carries out and its ability to impart knowledge on students among other parameters. Open up your mind bro, take a look at the University website and you will see that the ranking was no fluke.
