Please guys I just visited the nearest accredited nystagmus centre and they said for the registration I would need my waec certificate, the day, month and year I graduated from primary, secondary and university school, passport photograph and 1k among others which I already know of. I just want to ask if the above items and info are necessary for the registration because honestly I can't even locate my primary school certificate at the moment not to talk of knowing the day I graduated from primary sschool
