Nigeria’s First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan told a crowd of supporters to stone to death anyone caught mentioning change.

Mrs Jonathan stated this in Calabar on March 2, 2015, while campaigning for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and her husband the incumbent president Goodluck Jonathan.

Patience Jonathan said: “Anybody that come and tell you change, stone that person. Anybody that come and tell you he will change, stone that person.

“You can’t change, rather you will turn back to a baby,” she further added.

The so called mama peace is telling people to stone a fellow human being. Why are they this desperate for political power?? If Nigerians feel you don't have what it takes to lead, why force your way in? Why try to impose yourself on the country? It is your family's inheritance?? Your husband did his best and it clearly wasn't good enough, let another person be elected. 2nd term is not by force jare. Politics is not a do or die affair unless if you life and the financial well-being of your generation depends on it.

Mrs Jonathan utterances to opposition right from day one of her husband electioneering campaign is evils and absolutely unacceptable. It is obvious that this money drunk woman is a brain box behind Mr Jonathan re-elect bid. Um! This woman wrestling her power on presidency and cabinet to an extent that citizens can't figure out who is president. Her actions in public confirm that she is a boss at home. Our ancestors will not forgive baba iyabo for his political talisman role in imposing this clueless man that full of lips service and promises on us. Now people are suffering, insecurity abound, our naira is worthless compare to dollar, PHCN are using generators in their offices, Mrs Ngozi is busy creating millions jobs for ghost youths. Yet presidency has spent billions of naira for Jonathan re-elect. To Mama peace our God will disgrace any desperate evil politicians who want to used the poor and less privileged citizens to cause war during and after election. Our spiritual weapons are not human but mighty and invisible to pull down topolo and dokubo warships and drone. We will see the end of all your evil motives.

What a disgrace. In the developed world the President would be forced to apologise or resign and the first lady would be questioned by the police, if not arrested. Nigeria's greatest problem is impunity. There is no consequence for illegality and immorality. The moment Nigeria starts consistently prosecuting people, irrespective of their status, for breaking the law, corruption and other ills of the society will be a thing of the past.
