DieVluit: Why should they be allowed? So they are glory hunting while we have been battling BH on multiple fronts and they want to claim an easy victory while wee are engaging BH? No, their job is with our other neighbours at the border regions. 2 Likes |

DieVluit: Hey, ignorant juvenile, Chad has a right to enter Nigeria to a limit of kilometers under MNJTF agreement signed 8 years ago before Boko Haram ever existed....Nigeria has the same right to enter Chad. Regional military cross border area agreement was signed 8 years ago when there was nothing called Boko Haram, and such similar agreements exist all over the world. Maybe you don't read international affairs, you stuck in a baby bath tub in ANC republic. Ignorant and poorly informed juvenile . 3 Likes 1 Share |

agaugust: I see only shame!!! shame!!!! shame!!!! There is nothing like Chad was in agreement to penetrate Nigeria only to a certain limit. Nigeria stalled Chad's mission out of shame because the public was already commending Chad's troops than Jonathan. I have even saw this on a certain documentary on TV. |

agaugust: No SIPRI says the deal for the aquisition of 236 has been confirmed and paid for - not that it is conpleted It says deliveries start in 2015 (this year) and end in 2022 (cant remeber exact date) and the use of "including 222" is actually present continous and not past tense - which you would know if you had an education So the entire basis of you argument is flawed If you are delusional enough to argue with SIPRI then that is your problem not mine, Badger aquisition is now indisputable |

patches689:during the Libya invasion of chad, chad was undergoing a civil war. A faction of chad was supporting lybia which was occupying norther chad. This Chadian faction provided scouts and infantry. Libya was proving Arial support and artillery.....so lybia wasn't fully engaged. France was backing and supporting the other Chadian faction. Later in the war, the two Chadian faction united against Libya who still didn't have her own foot soldiers and infantry in Chad And with heavy FRENCH SUPPORT, Lybia was defeated. You have never told a complete truth in your entire nairaland existence. 1 Like |

Well, well. About a year ago, the same people claiming Boko Haram captured or does not occupy any town/s in Nigerian territory are now talking about "Nigerian town/s liberated from the occupation of Boko Haram''. Another thing is, to support their claims, that they are winning, they use reference to their ''own' General's statements", and I suppose nothing is subjective about that, right? Another point proven, for quite some time it was debated here that Nigeria needs outside help to defeat Boko Haram, but again Nigerians disagreed, look who's getting helped now and there's much more progress since Nigeria is no longer the sole contributor in combating Boko Haram. Oh, and that dude Agubugu, your pathetic man, you were once a good debater and now there's no longer any substance in your posts, what happened? |

DieVluit:How could one deny what didn't exist? Why would one rebuff an assertion that is bogus, malicious and utterly devoid of facts? You're hurting and frustrated because the Nigerian army is making a mince meat of boko haram. Bokoharam has 2 dangerous headquarters- the vast sambisa forest and baga. But the Nigerian army has unilaterally smoked them off and out. That's your frustration and disappointment. Now you can choke on your rage and pain, no one would even notice. Egypt has acknowledged the might of the Nigerian army officially. Even your president has officially begged for a defence pact. Tell me why would the opinion of a clerk like you worth the effort of rebuffing? We remain the pride of the continent, of the entire black race. You should be proud of us if only you aren't a scum. 1 Like |

Thousands of deaths and injuries. 4. Olympic grade soldiers who run at the speed of light. 5. A raging insurgency unabated for 5 years and counting. 1 Like |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 9:24am On Mar 05, 2015 |
lezz: Personal attacks and emotion eill never advance your argument. Every second spent focusing on me means the following: 1. The fact that under nigeria's watch we've seen the highest number f persons internally displaced by conflict is unchallenged. 2. The fact that nigerian soldiers are Olympic grade sprint stars is unchallenged. 3. The fact that the insurgency sits unabated for 5 years and counting is unchallenged. 4. The fact that tons of nigerian refugees are streaming into neighbouring countries is unchallenged. 5. The story of thousanda of deaths and injuries is unchallenged. That I'm the subject of your anger means I have struck a nerve with ye above points. It also means that you can't deny them. 1 Like |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 9:32am On Mar 05, 2015 |
lezz: Saying an assertion is bogus is a denial. But without evidence, that denial is a bare denial. It's meaningless. So, you have already tried to deny the facts but your denial is meaningless. Egypt and Nigeria are suffering under the same malice. So their speaking on Nigeria, like your denial, is meaningless. Seeing as you're the ONLY person talking about "hurting", it follows that you long crossed over to the emitional side and are only projecting your feelings on others It's understandable. It's not like you can counter the points raised. So, resort to personal attacks or your mainstay, racism. |
