ajobi21: My Dear, all I showed was all they needed to see to support whatever I told them orally. Why would I wait for the officer to stamp unapproved (before I present embassy notification correspondence )because it was said that I shld be in California with my family for vacation but showed up in Houston alone n now for birthing? I will be a waste of time after reading about others experiences n not use it for my own benefit. That is why we are here - to learn n also help. However, you are entitled to you own opinion though to your self if you call it over sabi but that your so called over sabi saved me those 3- 5hrs that some other preggies I know who might not be on this forum told me they spent in the same airport on the same day. I didn't spend up to 30 mins for your info. As for my phone, the officer must have gone thru my sms, chats, mails n others but I was not dull to leave any implicating stuff. I wiped even all the NL mails n history . 15 Likes |

She asked n i said he wasn't there cos he was at work. Told her I can always get a cab after all , how I get to my destination shld not be a worry to her. Thanks everybody. I'm still at the hospital though. Not gotten any bills yet. So far so good the big red button on the remote in the room is my best friend. I must use my money finish for hia. Any small thing, I go press am. The nurses don know me self if I wan cough, I go press am. If the nurse enter I'll say "I want to know if I can cough after surgery" Meanwhile delivery was good, very smooth, and Dr Fagbohun did the surgery himself. I was having back pains and he asked me to come for checking, after checking he asked me to head straight to oak bend that we would be having the babies. Na only d clothe wey I wear follow me go hospital. I dint even carry a purse talk more of baby bag. And d bag self is useless cos I've not removed one thing from it since I gave birth. I went in, and went to labour and delivery where I met nurses smiling at me saying they had been waiting for me. They took me to a room, prepped me for surgery while we gisted away. Even though I was seriously shaky. They took me to the OR and I was given spinal (it hurt), then my chest downwards went numb. I was given oxygen too and loads of blankets as I was shaking seriously. We were all talking as they pulled out my two babies one at a time, and I was cleaned up and 'mended' After the surgery the nurses I've met have been very great.and the red button too is very sweet. I was given ice to chew immediately after surgery so I was not dehydrated cos I was throwing up during the surgery. Recovery room was great, nurses were very helpful. I dint need anything, babies were clothed, I was given toiletries and towels and all, but not food Post p is excellent, even though we fight small this afternoon cos dem no wan gree me give my babies formula. I must have collected about 25 packs of juice since yesterday, cos any small thing Na juice as I no gree fart or pee since morn. I came here alone and I've not needed help cos d nurses were exellent. Though I've not slept for 30 hours now cos I dey breastfeed. I hope I don't run dry. 33 Likes |

sayoberry: This was me 2 weeks ago the only difference was that mine was a repeat c -section. Pele... Please give them formula ooo you can't kill yourself because you want to do exclusive besides you just had a major surgery.... With my first I gave him one ready to feed a day from the get go but with my lil madam we've been breast milk all the way I guess she's not eating as much as my son was and now that I'm a veteran I've quickly discovered Medela breast pump (expensive but so worth every penny esp if you really want to give them nothing but BM) I started eating right after my surgery but I took stool softeners and was passing gas right away but the major never came until I got home and it wasn't pretty TMI. The Lord is your strength as you take care of your babies hope someone is joining you soon because it's not easy at all... All the best... 8 Likes |

[quote author=mummyprincess post=31345223] @mummyprincess and @airpure I never meant that as an insult o, that's why I said correct me if I am wrong. I apologise if it came across as such. With your explanation, I like that you said you don't have to wait to be turned back before showing all your cards, so thank you for teaching me something new. we hear different things about answer only what you are asked, that's why I had that feeling. I'm glad I spoke my mind and got corrected. 10 Likes |

raydd: Hello raydd, I dont know where you got the information that Doctoresparati services has 'degraded' over the last few months. I had my baby in December at the Del Sol medical Center and the care and professionalism were top notch. I had my ante-natal with Dr Mattel at the East Side Women's Clinic, and I cant even find anything to fault. The guy is very jovial and friendly and doesn't rush anything or coerce you into doing something you are not okay with. You ask questions to the doctors or nurses and they will take their time to explain and ensure you understand. This was my experience and I loved every minute of it. Let me quickly add that you shouldn't confuse the administrative body (doctoresparati) with the hospital (Del Sol Medical Centre) or antenatal clinic (EastSide Women's clinic). Hope this helps you! Cheers! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Hello house, just so you know that there are other methods of pain relief other than epidural for VB that can save you costs. There are medicated (about 300 or less) and non-medicated which is free. If you are a second timer or more you may explore. Just ask your practitioner 5 Likes |

Letter of Intent (Sample) Hello Sir/Madam My names are xxxxx with passport number xxxxxx. My family and I applied for a non-immigrant visa (B1/B2) into the US for vacation. We applied Nov 20xx and we were granted and made the trip between 12th June, 2001 to 31th July, 2001 I am writing to inform you now that i have plans for my wife xxxxx with passport number xxxxxx to go there to have my baby as she is pregnant now. Please note that she was not pregnant during our interview/when I got my visa. I will be paying for all her bills and get receipts as i do not intend to get any medicare/ medical aid. Just to inform you. Thank you and hope to get a reply. Regards xxxxxxxxx RESPONSE Thank you for your email. Your B-class visa does not entitle you to entrance to the United States—it simply entitles you to arrive at a port-of-entry to the United States and apply for admission to an officer of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) unit on duty there. The Customs and Border Protection, a branch of USCIS, determines a traveler’s eligibility of entry to the U.S, you should be prepared to demonstrate to the immigration officer at the port of entry why you are seeking medical treatment and that you have logistical and financial plans for the treatment. We recommend that you review the regulations on non-immigrant aliens entering the United States for purposes of childbirth at http://redirect.state.sbu/?url=https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/882/~/visit-the-u.s.-while-pregnant-and-the-risks-involved and plan accordingly. Please you should not stay in the U.S. longer than you are permitted by Customs and Border Protection at the port of entry. The Department of Homeland Security at the port of entry will determine your eligibility to enter the United States on any travel. If you choose to give birth in the U.S., we advise you to bring evidence of payment, both when you enter the U.S. on this visit, and at your future U.S. visa interviews. Sincerely, 3 Likes |
