Your HOME key could be stuck. Try pressing it and releasing it and see if there is any change.

Try opening onscreen keyboard to see if it registers as being pressed down there.

have you check your mouse settings in control panel. Do you have a virus on the
computer ? Do you have synaptics mouse software installed ? is your hand wet and

My Dell Inspiron 15 just developed this fault. it will hibernate and will not come up. if you were playing music when it happens, it will continue to play and would not go off. the screen will go off. it wont allow you switch off. i don't know what to do. please assist me.
