And when you catch any of them, they'll say it's the work of the devil. See eh, if you're a robber, whether armed or not and i get you, you're finished. You will join your ancestors immediately. And they just wasted that dude just because of money. Money that would be spent only on drugs, cars and women. What a waste. Karma is after you. |

ibietela2: Well....the NPF is controlled by the Federal Govt....and as such it is the remit of the Federal Govt, which is under the control of the PDP to improve the Police, especially the tactical response to serious urban crime. Until we have State Police....this is the current state of affairs. Good evening. P.S.....One thing I have noticed about Nigerians is that they have the wrong idea of criticism. When I criticise the Govt....I do not do so because I want it out of office....or because I have an inherent dislike of Southerners, or because I wish to critique for criticism's sake. No. I criticize because I want my govt to do better, and having done better to do better than that....so that we can indeed have a society where everyone lives in peace, harmony, and where the trheat of another crisis will no longer affect us. Infact, commenting here on Nairaland has awakened me to my duties as a citizen. Intially, i criticized for point scoring, now I am far more interested in how my criticism can benefit my nation. And indeed I love my countrymen.I love every one of the 170 million souls contained in this land mass known as Nigeria. And it is out of love for my countrymen and women that I act. Not out of partisanship, or out of hatred, but out of love. No pride here....but it is high time you Nigerian people learned to do that. |

This is what will continue till after the elections, politicians have given guns to militants and they are using it to steal and oppress innocent citizens. What happened in Okrika the home town of the First Lady is a child's play. The boys are well armed now. Port Harcourt has gone back to the days of violence. God help us. |

steppin: Story. Nothing like ode eshi. How come it never works when robbers are engaged by soldiers. Those police men were poorly trained. Bullion vans are bullet proof and armoured. How can 5 robbers overcome them? Can also be an inside job. |

Rivers State governor should go and ask the Anambra governor what he did to almost bring to zero the rate of violent crimes in Anambra. I can go to Onitsha now with any amount of money I want without fear of armed robbery. |

As long as the vain leaders continue to steal with impunity and flash their wealth in the faces of the youths,as long as the fake men of the pulpit continue to serve the money god, criminality and violent crimes are bound to continue...a Nation of no values, where money is idolised leaves the confused youth with no option than to go hard to get his so he can be accepted in this false system. F-ck peace,we need justice or the looting will definitely continue-the youth man aint no dummy. |
