Even though i didnt watch the test run on tv, i think inec and the political parties should educate the women in the North to get those paintings off their thumbs before election date. The only problem is that it takes about 2 weeks before those paintings fade off, i don't know if they have something that can clean them off immediately (maybe nail remover). Just to clarify what you just posted, are you suggesting INEC buy nail removers and take them to polling units as well?

INEC should postpone the election and fix the PVC problem. We need free and fair elections. And the time is too short for all these anomalies.

Card readers, even with some deficiencies, have to be used. Anything else amount to allowing the very desperate PDP to rig an election it is on course to lose woefully yet is desperate to "win". After the Ekitigate rigging scandal I think the entire world now appreciates how desperate and undemocratic the PDP is.
