Did you apply for the payoneer card? With the payoneer mastercard you can withdraw your earnings from freelancer.com and fiverr.com using ANY MASTERCARD enabled ATM in ANY country of the world. Once you insert the card, it will dispense naira for you if you are in Nigeria. Do you understand?

twice....the atm dispensed naira,I withdrew a total of 35k.....and when I checked my payoneer account 179 dollars was deducted.....

I read your post and decided to act the same way you did, I registered this night on freelancer and signed up for payoner MasterCard too but I was told that it will be shipped to me in the next 30 days.
My questions are:
Can I bid and work on freelancer before the arrival of this card?

That's about that. So for those still unsure or skeptical about how they will get their money from Payoneer, it is settled. Now...........focus on the job, and the money will follow.

A 200 word article is between $2-$2.5 so charging $4-$5 is a fair price. But if you're still trying to build a reputation on freelancer, I'll advice that you accept the offer if you can and use it as a platform to build a reputation because if you dont other freelancers will.

You have to start from somewhere. I started with $1... and right now the minimum I charge is $3. Your employer will increase with time as they discover the quality of your work. I don't even have the time to bid for job cos the few I have won't let me be and they are ready to pay anything I charge them.

I used my p.o.box and it arrived within ten days free of charge. When did you apply? Did you use p.o.box as your address? I don't see the reason why you have to spend that much on dhl when you can simply exercise some patience. If however you have earned some money on freelancer, and feel you need to withdraw, simply transfer enough money from your freelancer account to your payoneer account to take care of the charges. The charges will be 50 for dhl like you said, and another 30 for the yearly maintenance fee. So total you need to fund your payoneer account with will be 80usd.

If you haven't earned any money yet on freelancer, you should just concentrate on that first. I also suggest you use a p.o.box address.

Note that some people get theirs in 2 weeks, 1 month etc. It varies
