my major problem is my being unable to do the fingerprint because i already bypass the page to complete the registration as a result of not having the scanner for the printing. now i do have the scanner but i cant go back to the fingerprint page to do it, and i have been told that the registration would not be recognized without the fingerprinting. what can i do.

Well, I will advice u to go to the nearest nysc secretariat to lodge the complain! It is important u do that biometrics, because u will still need to confirm those biometrics in camp at the pint of registration. Cheers
