Imagine a young man that wants to change the world visiting the gym more than once a week...

When I didn't have a job, I was into it but with this... no time for neighbours say less the gym smiley

Eat well, do pushups, keep no grudges, sleep well and take a lot of water- that's all you need to look healthy.
