Some people's reasoning baffles me sometimes. That email sent by NIS was an auto mail, so far as you have registered and verified your email with them, you would be sent such email, whether you have completed the application or not. Even if you registered your email and abandoned it because of some difficulties, the mail will still be sent to the abandoned one. No human being has opened our application, maybe they want to start shortlisting, hence the mail.

The good thing is that it seems they will maintain the 12weeks mandate initially given to them by the President because in some parts of the mail, they mentioned that our numbers and emails should be available in the next 3months.

As for the old application, it is gone. Everything would be based on this new one...

Since u're using one browser....u shld try and close the error message....by clicking on the "close" button.... Then refresh the site page...

Try registering at night....the site will be less congested....and it'll allow easy data collection from many encoded browser.
