she must have been aware from her 3rd year that she will probably end up with 3rd class. She should just tell her people. Nobody will kill her for getting 3rd class. I'll advice her to just face business of buying and selling or learn fashion designing. Hairdressing too is good. If she's hardworking she'll make millions with any of these options. School is not for everybody.

She doesn't need to waste her precious life. More so, the life she has the privilege of living out isn't hers, it belongs to GOD and as such, make her understand just that.
She can commence a PGD but this time with a firm decision to make amends academically before proceeding for a masters programme.
Remind her also that successful men like Prof. Wole Soyinka made a 3rd Class. It's not about the '3rd' in the 'class' but the resolute determination to make it in life that counts.

don't say wat u don't knw, she is a very decent person wit d fear of God.not every lady is as u hav described.funny enof d ones hu spend d nite clubbing jumping frm one bed to d oda and don't even boda abt studying come out well but d ones hu don't sometime end up like dis, I can't help but wonda y.

Ur grade does not define who u are... U define urself the good part is that u are still young.. If u are through with NYSC walk to Zenith Bank Head office and drop ur CV u will get their contract Job for starters save up and go for PGD.. Dis is not story I have a close frnd in ur shoes and she is in Zenith now and doing her PGD I also no dat she had no connections..

Alright, the deed has been done, even though she should av left that school when she knew she couldn't make something meaningful. But anyways, i understand that her grade may not be as a result of unseriousness. That you fail after working hard is not a new thing, rather relenting after failure is the new thing. Its just luck and smartness. My advice: depending on her course, she should go for additional certifications,wit strong and international ones, they can employ you with the grade. This is just the beggining of life . Be serious and prudent with whatsoever decision you choọse to make. People with first class wont be able to match you. Remember...examination(grades) aren't the best test of human ability. Peace ya...but please whats her course and alma mata?

No guts no glory! there's a close friend of mine his sister's fiance got a job with federal ministry of health Abuja with a third class in biochemistry, the guy went for the interview the panel confronted him,and asked why he thinks a third class can work there,where there are guys with first class and 2.1, his reply was IT IS NOT THE CERTIFICATE THAT IS DOING THE WORK, in a polite manner they were shocked and promised they'll get back to him, he's currently working there the thing is if u know you tried your best not that you were gallivanting the whole varsity,God will make a way.

At least a 3rd/pass class is still better than not getting a certificatcertificat....I believe she is still young & could get started from the bottom again

Third class degree and she wan commit suicide. If na pass degree nko? I know some people with that grade of degree that are doing well with well paying jobs. A friend of mine with 3rd class is a property business owner. Say no to suicide. She should move on.

my advice for her is for her to go and learn an Entrepreneurial skills, this is what keep dangote, bill gate, and Mark zuckerberg at the top . You must not go for paid job, all this men did not go for paid job to make it in life even our own seun who make millions of naira every month just by creating Nairaland. What you need is passio(30%), small capital(10%) and a wonderful ideas 60% to get to the top.
