Most of Nigerian qualifications are not internationally recognized and their curricula is in mostly inconsistent with what the international standard requires. Ghana has better universities than Nigeria both in infrastructure and the quality of education. SA high schools have better infrastructure than Nigerian universities. My cousin held his breath to die when he just first saw the buildings and the kind of academic equipment Wits University has. Immediately, he felt like he was in Europe in Africa with just the high standard of teaching the university maintained.


Most of Nigerian doctors also enrol at SA universities to maintain the standard of SA in the medical field. They mostly enrol for 4th to 5th year of medical studies in order to have SA qualifications, thus a licence to work in Canada, US and Europe without any fuss from red tapes.

Stooping to offensive name calling is the symptoms of Nigerians when intellectually defeated. It however not a secret that all major medical cases in Nigeria are either referred to SA or Europe.
