Thanks Mandy, I just felt for her like, it's not easy out here. Here, you can get a hair cut for 10usd, one has to limit cutting hair to on e in a month thing. I did her the Favour cos she is from my town and financies ain't coming like that. Undergraduate hardly get funding, she just got the choir scholarship so I guess she should be fine by next semester.

Out here to be truthful a lot of our girls do some pretty nasty things due to brokeness. I laugh when the AA hears you are a Nigerian and think you'll pay for their bills. You'll just get a very funny attention.
I pay $15 to have a haircut here in Tallahasse, (that includes shaving my beards). Barbing alone is $10. One day I told my barber that I use less than $2 dollars to have both my hair, beards and even nostrils well barbed back in Naija, the guy was just amazed. Actually I do pay 200 naira for my hair cut back then in Owerri

Yeah, I prefer shaving myself and I don't want to have black jaws, so I don't shave always. Which state are you?

Don't mind him. I heard community colleges are red flag at the embassy and you sud have to apply to universities to have a better chance .pls don't go with a community college i20 and documents. My cousin was denied last year for chosen one and he's planning to apply to a university this time around

$10 once a month not a bad idea. It boils down to how you manage your cash.

All this while i've thought admission in a technical college can guarantee me visa, although my aunty in the states encouraged me in that direction, but now my eyes don open small that I have slim chance getting visa through this medium. Pls, I want people in the house to recommend universities that can offer scholarship to masters students.

Good to know ur eye don open... you can also go to ur college if u wish but dat wen u get to USA. Going to the embassy which a college admission(i-20) is a sorry case.....

* Apply to d college and a University get d 2 admission,
* Go to the embassy wit d university I-20 and not the college,
* After getin your Visa and landed in the USA, then keep the University i-20 under ur bed. Bring out d college I-20, go straight to the college, they are going to transfer ur SEVIS details from that University to the college. That's all.
