From my experience i will say that the phone gets HOT from regular use (i.e with 3G on). But it OVERHEATS when plugged into power and data is switched on while playing FIFA 14 (or any other heavy process).

This device keeps freezing and restarting continuously till battery runs out. Rendering the phone useless.

I am not satisfied with the sensitivity of the this phone touch screen especially the keypad, Is there a way I can increase it? I was using innjoo note before so I know what I am talking about.

I returned mine to jumai because of this frequent boot sequence. i guess its only a matter of time before others start complaining about this issue.

the touchscreen sensitivity is poor, as well as experiencing reboot issues currently with d One. I can't use it for now. really not happy.

the touch sensitivity is very very poor...even those tecno p2 and other low end phones have sharper sensitivity than this phone... upon all the dragon trail they were advertising. d phone is very fragile. Jumia do lie when marketing their product. I will prefer konga! scratches allover d phone I bought just 2wks ago. so sad. PS: i dunno if there is any way I can increase d sensitivity tho coz its very annoying to have to press ur hand on d screen just because u wanna type
