Till yesterday after many months. Teacher Education comprises of Maths Education, curriculum, social studies, philosophy of ed, etc. But by yesterday, a lecturer from social studies took the horn by the bull to champion the course- to treat the list both the hardcopy & cd-rom handed over to him. He promised rapt attention in the course of treating &releasing the list to pgschool. before march 20, we will be notified our stand. So, no one has been offer provisional admission in Teacher Education yet. Let keep the finger cross as we humbly await admission

Biochemistry department has recommended a first set in all options that is membrane, cancer and nutrition. The next set of recommendation is what many are awaiting. You should note that your transcript might appear to have gotten to the pg school and it may not have gotten to the department. If you can, go there to confirm this. That could hinder admission. In less than two weeks the next set of recommendations will be sent. If you interacted well during the interview then remain hopeful.

I got recommended on 28th January, nothing from them, so last week I went to Pgschool, was told I had passport problem, I was asked 2 go rescan my passport, burn it in2 a cd nd submit to a certain room, which I did.. Though uptill now am yet to get anything from them.. If u av d means, just try and go dre to knw wassup. BTW my dept is English (Literature).

@Mppricelezz, are you saying that is the reason behind them not confirming your recommendation till now. And once they put it for you they will confirm. I have been recommended and it was sent to my mail directly. It also show on my admission status. It is confirmation mail I have been waiting for. So wht am asking you now is that is it d passport that determined the confirmation as for you and as anyone gotten confirmation mail for admission in your department.

another one was sent. If on your admission letter you are scheduled for clearance between 13th of march and 27th. You can get the mail on 27th march instructing you to come for clearance on 31st.So don't panic. The mail can come a day, two days or even two weeks after you pay acceptance. I got mine two weeks after I paid.

We should resume between mid July to early August by the time UI PG School is done dilly-dallying with the whole convoluted admission process. That will make it exactly 12 months since the sale of forms commenced. One moment it is recommendation mails palaver, another moment it's delay in receiving clearance mail.I'm becoming pissed off. Any idea on how hostel accommodation is done for PG students

Trust me. Postgraduate School resumes in April. Lectures will surely start in May
