Good day guys,
My first android application goes live today. Its an educational App.
Ever needed a Time table manager with a great sense of simplicity?
Ever wanted an app specifically designed to help manage your lectures effortlessly?
Do you normally forget to put down the volume of you device during lecture?
Do you need an app that notifies you of lectures ahead of time?
Ever needed a grade point calculator?

Then, worry NO MORE! This app does all that and many more.
You can download from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ahmedmolawale.timetablemanager
Don't forget to rate the app.
Enjoy!

Yeah, sure. If u still have interest in coding, its a thing you can do yourself. Android is based on Java, so you just need to learn a few things then you are good to go. Goodluck!

Nice app for students

Ahem, I am still working on my own android app, it is called roosternaija (looks left and right, coast clear), it makes a sound like the rooaster reeally louuud cooockooorookooo whenever a new thread makes nairaland frontpage. This will be very good for first-to-comment people (even better than the nairaland app).

Disclaimer: just kidding, too busy to write those nonsense kinda apps, i am still battling with xcode here, wanna start rolling out native IOS apps the right way without all them phonegaps, and shortcut corner-corner methods.

mgb4reel, notice how people say your app is a nice app but you haven't gotten up to 50 downloads?

Well you do have to understand that there is a difference between an app being nice/impressive and it being useful. Personally I love the app, but I don't need it. I still think it's a great app and it would be useful for those who need it. Like who is your market? Who are your customers?

^^^based on what you said, when i first started coding and i come up with "awesome" ideas, i get way excited and proceeded to code with immediate effect. But now that I am an enterpreneur/techpreneur, I test those "wow" ideas with fire first before I start coding. I dont want my "wow" ideas to just sit down quietly in the store with gazillions of other apps staring themselves down - get my point?

I definitely get your point bro. I understand where you are coming from. I don't think the app is a bad app, but I just don't need presently. I still think it's good.

I really love the way you address the question. My market is students; majorly university students. People who have seen it, say its nice but may not need it; they may not be students you know. wink ballantyne, That should not discourage you from downloading if you are student. Trust me, you will like it and if you are not student, please tell a student to tell another student. Thanks to you all for the comments.

It is a good app. However, you should aspire to create apps that can get say at least 300-400 downloads per day.

Relax bro, no one aspires to create apps with few downloads. I'll just have to start from somewhere bro. Better apps still coming ahead. Thanks anyways.

@OP , hit me up, I could give you fresh ideas you could add to your app.
But you will need a good UI/UX designer as I am too not very good with that but ideas && a lil bit of coding here and there.

Make a timetable app that autogenerates time alocations for different tasks without need for user to input it one by one. EG: Auto timetable generators for schools. One needs just to feed in rules, and activities to be allocated slots, the software does the rest.

That would be good.
