Its really saddening when you see ladies over the age of 30 still single. I don't feel its about character as I have seen many ladies with terrible characters get married.

Most these ladies are accomplished. Even with the programmes for singles in churches, stilll no show.The muslims also have programmes where they assist singles in getting married,still no show.

Please, don't state that they want rich men as we all know what is going on now,our women are practically becoming bread winners. Some earn higher than their husbands

These single ladies don't mind getting married to men who are of a lower earning capacity.

What is then the problem?!?

No money, no good job for the guys. So na to play around till cash come

1)Perhaps the population of women increases more than men's.

For instance, we could have a ratio 3:1 in favour of the ladies. If this be the case, how then wouldn't we see single ladies over the age of 30 when our culture abhors polygamy?

2) Marriage isn't a rush hour thingy. Most women have learnt to take their time; it doesn't hurt, you know. It's better to be safe outside than to be in danger inside.

So because you are over 30 and unmarried means heaven is going to fall?
Get hooked to any fucktad that comes your way simply to get married and please your parents or the society?
When are we gonna grow up in Africa and stop defining a woman by marriage or motherhood?
When are we gonna realize that a woman could be happy being single and problem free?
Go abroad and see a lot of women in their 40s, 50s, 60s , unmarried, happy and successful.
'm not against marriage or anything, but I think at this age, we should stop pushing our sisters, daughters and aunties into marriage with wrong people because its what the society demands
That way, maybe when ladies are left alone and not pressurized into marriage, just to please the society, we would have fewer divorces and abandoned women..
Just my opinion
