yes they are but the judgement you talk about in Revelation is not about going to Heaven or Hell. It is a 'decider' of who will be a partaker in the world to come. Where people will be sent in that Judgement day is Lake of Fire....even Hell itself and Death would be cast into it all together. This present hell is just temporary, so also this present heaven. Both shall pass away.

Jesus said this to the thief on the cross beside him. So That is at least one person there now!

This verse causes some problems for groups who believe everyone lies in the grave until resurrected and judged!

Some believe the deads are asleep with proof from the Bible while some believe some deads are already in paradise and quoting Jesus to back it up.
So am suggesting we should just assume the Bible contradicts itself on this.

Also...How and why must death be thrown into the lake of fire when it's JUST an ABSENCE of LIFE not an entity.

Hell means grave but the lake of fire is a place of everlast punishment or torment or torture to as many who rejected JESUS CHRIST as the only Saviour and Lord. But as for where, i don't know but God Knows. Blessed are those who do not see but believed.

People are already in the bible hell, even the righteous ones. eccl 9:5,6,10

As for heaven. People may already have been there also.
