The Jamb DE form requires thumb printing, this might make it difficult for people to get multiple forms. When you register multiple forms it will definately show on Jamb database, with your photograph and details

To be on the safer side and to avoid stories that touch, just get only one form and fill the school that you know is sure, so far you have Good grades, you'll be admitted.

it seems dose dat applied for ui and procure 2 forms were caught. well, i was also a recipient of 2 de form last yr and I got admitted into d 2 skul but I choose 1. Applying wit 1 de form doesn't guarantee 1s admission. we have HND,ND,NCE and ijmb aspirant aspiring to b admiited. dere is a way u play ur game wit jamb. I got hw to go abt registering wit 2 DE form on funaab thead 2014/2015.

U can actually apply for 2 by making changes 2 to d 2nd De form. If u use LEKAN SAMSON OLU on d 1st form, then on d 2nd 1 u use LEKAN SAMSON .O. U make changes to ur date of birrth , state of origin, exam yr. jamb doesn't nid all dat and u use another person thumb for d thumb print. ur picture have to different ( different background). jamb doesn't specify a particular bkground for picture during de registration. Remember, ur pictures have to b wit a different background. All u nid is dat jamb reg number. u av to avoid ui to go abt dis. I went 2ru d same procedure and it was successful.

There is still on going debate if procuring two forms is advisable.
Hopefully those who did so last year could shed more light.
