It is heresy to say being 'worship' nullifies the need for the gathering of believers and that happiness is our primary goal no matter the source. This is demonic doctrine. The Bible commands that WE SHOULD NOT FORSAKE THE GATHERING OF THE BELIEVERS. Jesus wouldn't have advised us not to forsake the gathering of other believers if He didn't know it is the right thing to do. He knows why He said that. And as our Lord and Saviour, we are not in the right position to argue with Him neither is now the right time to to change or ignore the advice as you have called it that He has laid down for us.

Are you saying that accepting Christ as Saviour has made the offices of the ministry so less important that they can be done away with? Are you wiser than Jesus Christ who created those offices in the church so that people should not be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine and trickery of men in their deceitful plotting? Not disputing that. Worship goes beyond gathering. It is a lifestyle. We were created to worship. To prove my point, Romans 12:1 says, 'I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.' It is a lifestyle of purity in worshipping God.

Worship, like I said, is a lifestyle. It is an act of communion with God. When the Bible said we should pray without ceasing, it meant we should live a lifestyle of worship. As an act it is not limited to one particular activity for which the well known act of singing comes to mind. Worship is way much more than that. True worship is vast. We worship God by thinking about Him, by doing everything as if we are doing them for Him such as doing laundry, eating, drinking, going to work, helping people in need, sleeping, waking, making calls, receiving calls, writing a book, crossing the street, reading, etc etc as long as they are acceptable to God or they do not violate the commandments of God, by practicing the Word of God, by praying, by acknowledging the Presence of God beside you or in you, by being a servant to others, by showing love to people...etc. That is true worship. That is worship in spirit and in truth. As an act it is not limited to church gathering.

I have made my point. It is not a state of being especially to the exclusion of conscious action of reverence to God.
Therefore, you will simply see Biblical instructions for holy living and pleasing God such as renewing the mind, wearing the full armour of God, forgiving those who offend us, reconciling with those we are not in good terms with, crucifying the flesh, living for others and not self, abstaining from every appearance of evil, fighting the good fight of faith, giving up the things that hinder us from making heaven and a good number of such instructions that are capable of saving the soul from eternal damnation as pieces of advice that can be discarded if they do not suit your needs or as instructions for new converts in Christianity because we are 'educated'? What education are you referring to by the way, secular or Biblical? Are you aware that not everyone is literate so that they need people, especially pastors to guide them? Are you also aware that many literates do not understand so many instructions in the Bible therefore they need someone to guide them such as Pastors or Apostles or Prophets or Teachers or Evangelists?
