He admitted promising to pay candarlon et al their money and I requested he should give me a time frame when he intends paying the money back.

If he hadn't promised refunding their money I wouldn't have requested for a time frame since I'm aware that in betting, you win some and you loose some. But he promised to pay back so I'm holding him to his word.

If he doesn't respond to my request by the end of today, I'll take necessary action against him. Please convey this message to him.
