It's just that i cant still believe i'm having this challenge. after cross examining all the supposed and predisposing causes of low sperm motility, i get blank the more because i've not been involved with the said causes.

The beneficial effect of proviron (Mesterolone) is conflicting, information that is more recent says its effect may be counterproductive and you will not find out until after about three months from when you start taking proviron therefore I would not advice proviron. I advise you have regular intercourse at least 3-4times a week if you are trying to have a baby.

There are no doctors on this thread but ttc dads and mums.Count of 18m is not too bad. Latest WHO approved minimum level is 15m. However, other scales are not good. Motility should be at least 50%. Your morphology is excellent. then viscosity is watery, not good but no an issue. If the count is increased and motility improves, you wouldn't have any issue. In summary, work on your count and motility. Change your feeding habits, eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise, rest, keep away from artificial sugar, you can use pure honey or BSM, wear loose boxers, and keep your family jewel always cool. Keep away from cigarettes and alcohol. You can add supplements for faster effect. People use Fertilaid for men, count boost, motility boost, or you can use only fertility blend for men. Don't forget to visit your doctor for more investigations if no much improvement after 3months. You may be required to run hormonal assay or check for obstruction. Hope your wife also ran her tests, it takes 2 to tango.
