I have at ikate for 500 and also Atlantic view estate for 500k.

Rent is 600k but owner wants a year and a half of rent.
Fee is 10% each.

Why does the owner want a year and a half rent? Why not just 1 year? Or even 2 years to make it a round figure?

What is the story?

@laudate.it was two yearsmthe owner wanted but I kept telling him for a year thats why he said for a year and half.two years is just fine but for the economoc realities.
