Things started going bad during Shagari regime, Buhari/Idiagbon came with the "cane" alone and restored order, but IBB took-over and institutionalised corruption till date...

Now General Buhari is back to return Nigeria to orderliness...
...the good thing is, he has to use "carrot and cane" approach.

What do u expect the population of den lagos was around 3 million as against now lagos has a population of around 12 million people occupying the same land mass so it's simple and normal
