If there are 100 nigerians that take the waec and 40 score high but there are 10 Ghanains take took the same test but 6 score higher marks then Ghana did better because it got most of his students to pass. I was shock to hear such statement from her.. I was even shock for her to know few things about Nigeria. imagine, that is a girl of 10.
