Inflation rate didn't increase more than it was during the obasanjo tenure. Inflation is a bane of most developing societies so it will be present at certain levels so it wasn't excepted to decrease.
Yet he made minimum wage over 120% while inflation wasn't more than 50% if at all. Meaning he more than provided for the increase in prices.
That 7.5 k does not really have value more than the 18k now.
How? Did we experience 120% rate of inflation?

Point is he took it into consideration more than his predecessors.
