Dis is wat u wil do. Take it to a specialist technician 4repairs or if u have d experienc, open it, disconnect d picture board. Find a soft painters brush and gently brush off d dust an particles in d picture board then reconnect it back. Ensure that d board is not wet as dis wil fry d decoder wen powered on.
If symptoms persist, contact your physician.

now i understand, u are using Mytv decoder which is srt 4940, Is the card that is inside that open the channels, they just favour those that are using their decoder

My friend told me on facebook: satelite gurus group, that is getting 7e with 60cm dish in umuahia Abia state and the signal quality is 70%, thats means i can attach 7e on already installed ses 5 4.8e 60cm dish and my location is Federal Capital Abuja.

I've been trying a lots of crazy things lately...... one guy called my number for me to come and help him track Multy Tv, but when I got there I was able to get both joy TV & all the MBC hd channels on same position, same LNB.........

Work on ur lnb positn n also move ur dish slightly afta u've hit amos tp,u shud get wat u seek.
