Guys, I am in fix at the moment. I mistakenly turned on my Screen Reader and now the doesn't respond well anymore. To cancel the screen reader, I restarted the phone and now my password is not responding. The screen reader is just busy reading out all my actions. I use a z10. Urgent help needed. Thanks.

If you can get your glo bis to provide mobile hotspot to the device, you'll be able to download the update

The way to do it is to pop the sim into another BlackBerry and set up mobile hotspot...then connect to the hotspot using your BlackBerry 10

Press the power button 3 times to close screen reader

Go to settings, software update and check for new update

You're the only one not on 10.3
