LOL feels good to post a Topic again.

I decided to share my thoughts on the presidential election that will take place on Saturday. I have seen and read so many analysis from the ridiculous to the out rightly biased. I guess we all have. the ones that struck me most are the ones done by THE PUNCH, THE GUARDIAN AND VANGUARD and are mostly on their front pages.

The punch predicts a very close tie between the two ( Buhari and Jonathan ). Tips Buhari
Vanguard clearly predicts a BUHARI victory
Guardian gives GEJ a resounding victory even winning the most states in the west weirdly.
Personally, I believe Nigeria deserves better than those two as It is obvious they are both not competent enough to rescue this country. I wanna see lagos go to PDP and FG go to APC. we need change both ways. Might be good for our democracy. I also think APC will have a better Team.

Please what newspaper was Reuben Abati working for before he was employed by Goodluck Jonathan?

Since u started out referencing the Newspaper publications on how the Presidential candidates will fair in the 36 states, I expectd u to go beyond criticizing their submission to critiquing it and giving us your own "fair" position for this contestants, but u bungled it by just telin us who u r rooting for which in my opinion is a shody job.

Well I Did not criticize their submission. I wonder where you got that from. I did not bother to critique because my opinion and that of a lot of other people have been echoed out to many times. The essence of this Topic was basically to share ideas not necessary to go in depth into critiquing. And for you saying I did a shoddy job?!!?!? GOOLUCK! but obviously it is not impossible to further explain my 'fair position' in the course of the Topic.

only those with biased minds will vote Buhari. Goodluck jonathan has done well at transforming Nigeria. #VoteGEJ for #Transformationcontinuity

Actually u dd...u classed their submisions of d publications as either "ridiculous to the outrightly biased"....

Anyway awaitin ur "fair position" dt differs markedly from any of those Newspaper Publications.

We can't afford to risk an APC victory because it will tantamount to economic collapse.Buhari cannot handle our economy at the stage it is now.Secondly,Jimi Agbaje's victory in Lagos will bring a breath of relief to Lagosians who are currently in the bondage of inconsiderate and desperate Fashiola's administration. Therefore,it is PDP all the way.

Dude I did not directly refer to the newspapers. As regards that, I was referring to online individual comments as regards the elections. An example is what a lot of people opine on nairaland which sometmtimes find funny. I did not link directly te newpaper stance to the "ridiculous to the outrightly biased" stance. I referenced the newspapers so they could be objectively analysed by posters like you and also as foundation for my Post

I can choose if when to air my position as soon as I have the time.

dude, we propbably have the worst Federal Gorvernemnt at the moment so we can afford the risk. The only reason why PDP will stand a chance in lagos would be the block igbo votes in one direction I( na our pikin, na our party mentality) so they go all out for jonathan and pdp . And party, a percentage (30 to 40 percet) of lagos ( yorubas n co) who are also somewhat tired of some apc policies at the state will vote for pdp hence dividing the APC VOTES. The presidential elections would be different as only the igbos will majorly vote for PDP. The rest of Lagos are tired of this funny President.

Guardian that Sanusi took the family's bank Oceanic Bank. In news and editorials they have been pro PDP. Also This Day newspapers. In any case this was a newspaper advert from the only body with the money to do it. The Presidency.

Methinks Jonathan bought almost every body during his term icluding a part of the media that was progressive.
