Its on record and pictures exists of agents of this party present when the kids where been registered.
These states had substantial votes going for PDP so u see, PDP registered them, used them and benefited from them. i just hope that Jega has deleted those names if they still havent fall within the voting age bracke and PVCs denied them.

The state was under seige but this doesnt mean that the occupants are dead.
Vast majority are in camps, schools, public places, maidugiri etc mostly jobless but hopeful for a better tommorrow. Its easier and faster for them to secure their cards because the vast majority are no longer scattered all around the state. Many have lost their livelyhood so they can spend the whole day in an inec designated office looking for their cards unlike their educated, ever busy sounthern brothers. A perfect example is Lagosians.
