Yes, they don't really take marriage seriously over there.
So many small girls give birth outside wedlock and no one bats an eyelid.
In many cases the mother is even happy about it because she can now boast of having a grandchild.

So true! No one bats an eyelid as to d level of promiscuity dats why children out of wedlock is on d rise. The cycle is a continous one. Av lived in dat city n resolved not to settle dere. (Man proposes sha)
